Step 1:

The first thing to check is what your username is, this can be done by typing your email in the box below and clicking the SEND button. You will then receive an email with your username (usernames are cAsE SeNsITivE). If you do not receive an email, please check your spam / junk mail folder as the email may be in there.

Step 2:

Once you have your username, change the selection to password and type your username in the box below, exactly as it's shown in the reminder email to reset the password (usernames are cAsE SeNsITivE). You will then receive an email with a link to change your Password. Again, please check your spam / junk mail folder.
